Caitlin & Michael's wedding

In this page you'll find everything you need to know on your stay in Sicily for our wedding.

We've worked a lot to provide you the best services and all the practical information about hotels and transfers.
We have prepared a basic package including all the services for the days of the wedding (two-night stay in the main hotel and transfers from Palermo Airport to the main hotel and from the hotel to the Castle for the wedding ceremony and viceversa).

BASIC PACKAGE FOR THE WEDDING

Domina Zagarella Resort 4* - Santa Flavia
€ 325.00

Includes: Two-night (from 24^th September to 26^th September 2025) stay in Classic double room with breakfast and transfers*.
Tourist tax (€ 2.50 per person per night) is excluded and must be paid on site.

For a Prestige double room, a triple room or a double room for single use, please contact valentina.russo@ovetviaggi.it.

*Transfers by car/minivan from Palermo Airport to Domina Zagarella Resort 4* on the 24^th September and from Domina Zagarella Resort 4* - Santa Flavia to Castello Lanza Branciforte di Trabia on the 25^th September and viceversa are kindly offered by Caitlin and Michael.

For guests staying in Palermo on prior to the wedding, Caitlin and Michael will be providing a bus to transport guests from Palermo to the Zagarella Resort on Wednesday, September 24^th. Additionally, for guests going to Palermo airport after the wedding, there will be a bus option on Friday, September 26^th and Saturday, September 27^th. For any additional transportation needs or coordination please include your details in your intake form to Valentina.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

• Additional stay in Palermo (23^rd September and/or 26^th September) 

• Additional stay in Santa Flavia (23^rd September and/or 26^th September)

• Transfer by car/minivan from Palermo airport to the hotel in Palermo/to Domina Zagarella Resort 4* on the 23^rd September and viceversa on the 26^th September
